The Ven. Lama Jigme Rinpoche is teaching his weekly Buddhist class this Wednesday at 7pm inside the heart of Las Vegas at the Lohan Spiritual and Cultural Center on July 11, 2018.
Lama will be teaching us the practice of Tummo (Inner Fire). Tummo practice is the supreme way to use negative emotions onto the path enlightenment. Vajrayana Buddhism states that it is very important that students give their teacher devotion, Samaya (loyalty), and keep a pure perception. Tummo is very beneficial for taming negative thoughts. It will help us in this life and the next and so on.
Suggested donation of $5 for the Lama
All are welcome to join the class!
Lama Jigme Rinpoche has devoted his life to the teachings of Dharma and has been teaching for many years now. It is considered very rare and fortunate to have such an accomplished master near you teaching, you never know when you might have the chance again. His lineage is unbroken and has been transmitted by teacher to student for many generations now. It can be traced all the way back to Padmasambhava and even further back to the Buddha of our time, Shakyamuni Buddha.
Our core teachings are based on the preliminary practice of the Longchen Nyingthig Ngondro (The Heart Essence of the Vast Expanse), and it is recommended to keep a practice of it everyday.
